Noel has practiced as a Physician Assistant for nearly 40 years, mostly in adult internal medicine. After a year with the National Health Service in Birmingham, UK, she worked at Mercy’s Addiction Medicine Program, the Recovery Center, per diem, for 3 years. She traveled the State of Maine, consulting on chronic pain and appropriate use of opioid medications, from 2008-2013. She is now back at Portland Internal Medicine, a Division of Mercy Hospital. She enjoys hiking, playing her guitars, and spending time with her family and friends.
